SleepWell tablets are designed to help the body relax and calm the mind into healthy, deep sleep.  It is comprised of melatonin, chamomile, wild jujube, valerian root and many other herbs and extracts that help regulate the hormonal system, act as sedatives and have calming effects to put your mind at ease.  It is very safe to use and should be able to put you to sleep in the first night, though it might take a few days to a couple of weeks for normal sleep patterns to be achieved.  It is not intened to cure insomnia.
